Hornby RailRoad Chiltern Class 121 Driving Motor Brake Second (model number 121034) is a 10‑era kit reproducing the British Rail Class 121 diesel multiple‑unit built in 1960. It represents the rebuilding period of the railways and is supplied in a pristine condition with a green livery. The model is manufactured by the Pressed Steel Company and carries the Hornby part reference R3665.

The kit measures 265 mm in length and features a DCC‑ready 8‑pin socket, a five‑pole skew‑wound motor, and NEM couplings. It can negotiate a minimum curve radius of 371 mm (1st radius) and draws power from two of its four axles. Only 16 examples of the prototype were produced, and the model is marked with the running number 121034.
