Hornby BR 6800 “Grange” Class locomotive, 4‑6‑0, model number 6825 “Llanvair Grange”. The kit is presented in a pristine, lined‑green livery with the British Railways Late Crest. It measures 253 mm in length and is supplied as DCC‑ready with an 8‑pin socket, a five‑pole skew‑wound motor and NEM couplings. The model runs on a minimum‑radius curve of the second radius (438 mm) and picks up power from both the driving wheels and the tender wheels. It represents a steam‑powered locomotive built by the Great Western Railway in February 1937, withdrawn in June 1964 after 27 years of service, and originally designed by Charles Collett.
