Model details

The Heljan Class 42 'Warship' V1 BR Green FYE 'Centaur' No.D808 Diesel Locomotive is a DCC Sound model. It features separately switchable lights, including cab lights, engine room lights, tail lights, and marker lights. The locomotive also has an illuminated headcode panel and factory-fitted twin speakers for excellent sound reproduction.

The model includes a range of detailed features, including a fully detailed and decorated cab interior, engine room detail behind the bodyside windows, etched roof grilles with fans underneath, and small etched metal lifting eyes on the roof panels. The model also has metal handrails, fully detailed wheels, and all-wheel drive and pick-up.

The model is DCC sound enabled, with a 21-pin DCC interface, and comes with a pack of optional headcode discs for V1 models. The locomotive has a powerful central motor driving to all axles and features twin flywheels for smooth operation. It also has a range of optional accessories, including a full front skirt with complete bufferbeam detail and a separate speedometer cable.
