Heljan Henderson's Relish 35‑track B‑tank wagon “Strong & Northern” (No 1885) is a limited‑edition model produced exclusively for the Rails of Sheffield range (manufacturer part number 1118). The kit includes a pocket‑size 31 ml bottle of Henderson’s Relish, a condiment first blended in Sheffield in 1885 by Henry Henderson and still manufactured by the family business today.
The relishes are marketed as suitable for vegetarians and vegans, gluten‑free and free from declared allergens. The company states that over one million bottles have been sold. A comment attributed to Matt Helders of Arctic Monkeys likens the flavour to Worcester sauce “one million times better”, presented as a quotation.
The model features high‑quality design and construction, with sprung metal buffers, finescale ladders and walkways, NEM couplers and detailed decoration.
