The Heljan Class 33 (model number 11034211) is an OO‑scale replica of a British Rail locomotive in the BR Blue (TOPS) livery, representing the 33/0, 33/1 and 33/2 (Slimline) variants.

The model reproduces the distinctive body profile with fine‑scale roof fan grilles, authentic bogie detail and the cab‑end differences between the three subclasses. It is fitted with a smooth‑running motor, a heavy‑duty die‑cast chassis and all‑wheel pick‑up and drive for reliable performance.

After several years out of the range, the locomotive returns in late 2025. It will be offered in six liveries, including the original BR Green, 1980s BR Blue, contemporary West Coast Railways red, as well as a unique BR Blue/Yellow version of locomotive 33012 in late‑1990s condition and locomotive 33026 in early‑1990s BR “General” Grey.

Standard equipment comprises a 21‑pin MTC DCC decoder interface, sprung buffers, authentic LED lighting, illuminated headcode panels, wire handrails, NEM couplings, fine‑etched grilles, detailed cab interiors and extensive underframe, tank and body detailing based on prototype research.
