The Ellis Clark Trains OO gauge model of the LYR 'Pug' 0-4-0ST steam locomotive, 'Weston', is a highly detailed representation of the ICI Widnes 'Old World' Blue locomotive. Built in December 1901, the original locomotive, no. 11224, was acquired by ICI in 1934 for use at their West Bank power station in Widnes, where it remained until its withdrawal in 1949.

The model is available in both DC/DCC Ready and DCC Sound Fitted versions, with a release date expected in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027. Key features of the model include a semi-open die-cast chassis, highly detailed backhead and cab, and removable NEM coupling and socket. The model also features sprung buffers, a high level of detailing, and a firebox glow.

In addition, the model includes a full detailing pack, etched plates, and separately fitted finely etched details. DCC Ready models will have a Plux12 socket, while DCC Sound Fitted models will feature a pre-fitted speaker, stay-alive on board, and DCC controlled firebox lighting.
