A 6 Pin (NEM651) DCC Decoder suitable for models fitted with a 6 Pin DCC decoder socket (do not use with the Graham Farish 3F ‘Jinty’ and Class 64XX Pannier Tank – use 36-556RA with these models).

Dynamis 6‑Pin DCC Loco‑Decoder (part no. 36‑568A) is a multi‑mode decoder designed for model locomotives that have a 6‑Pin NEM651 socket. It is not compatible with the Graham Farish 3F “Jinty” or Class 64XX Pannier Tank, for which the 36‑556RA decoder should be used.

The unit supports NMRA‑DCC, Motorola, DC analogue and AC analogue (Marklin) formats and offers Back EMF detection (which can be de‑selected). Speed can be controlled in 14, 28 or 128 steps and both short and long addresses are accommodated. It supplies four powered function outputs with overload protection (each rated at 500 mA, 500 mA total) and two additional logic‑level/SUSI outputs. A brake button function is provided on F2 for realistic braking control. The decoder can drive DC motors, including coreless types, with a continuous current rating of 0.8 A and variable pulse‑width motor regulation up to 40 kHz, together with motor overload protection.

Physical dimensions are 14 mm × 9 mm × 2.5 mm and the default address is 3. Programming is possible via DCC Service Mode or DCC PoM (Programming on Main).
