Quality Wheelsets: OO/16.5mm Track 8x 14mm

8prs of 14mm super-quality wheelsets for 16.5mm track, each live axle to one wheel and pre-fitted with our pickup springs. Superb free-running wheel profile slightly better than RP25-88. Super fine tolerances in manufacture of -0, +0.002″.. Including for squareness on the axles (Which is why we pack them so well – you cannot ship fine-scale wheels in a bag without risking quality). Gauge preset to the optimum running with this wheel profile – Please do not adjust unless absolutely necessary for your specific trackwork. Also included in each pack are a few more pickup springs and fine black wire for connections. (If you do not need them, remove springs by simply pulling firmly on the spring tab).

DCC Concepts Quality Wheelsets OO/16.5mm Track 8x 14mm (Manufacturer Part Number: DCW-W14S-OO) comprise eight pairs of 14 mm wheelsets designed for 16.5 mm track. Each wheel is mounted on a live axle and comes pre‑fitted with DCC Concepts pickup springs.

The wheel profile is marginally superior to the RP25‑88 standard and is manufactured to tight tolerances of –0 to +0.002 inches, with axles set square to ensure accurate running. The wheels are supplied gauge‑preset for optimal performance on this profile and should not be altered unless required by specific trackwork.

Each pack also includes a small number of spare pickup springs and fine black wire for connections. Unused springs can be removed by pulling firmly on the spring tab.
