DCCconcepts SuperPanel is a clever layout, accessory and loco controller for all users of ESP aegis and NCE DCC systems.
SuperPanel lets you create, save and edit routes, loco actions, sounds and light control, letting you mix them in one single sequence.
With 20x more ability than any similar device, SuperPanel really does have almost no limits!
Supplied with:
With 50 inputs that can be triggered by almost any switch or device and 2,000 addressable programme steps, SuperPanel can run your control panel, change points, set routes, change signals, drive locomotives, turn lights on and off and even modify decoder CVs, all at the same time!
SuperPanel gives you a massive 47 physical inputs as well as 3 phantom inputs. Each input gives you 20 commands steps, switch closed and 20 more steps switch open, 40 command Steps per input for a total of 2,000 available programming steps and each one can be addressed to run automation, change any DCC item on the layout or react to block occupancy data, even if nothing is connected to the input.
Each SuperPanel input can be connected to a Push-Button or Toggle switch, On-On or momentary types. You can connect relays and block detectors as well as any device that provides a 5V logic output or on/off switch. SuperPanel can be used to generate Accessory codes from a Control Panel such as with Alpha Switch D or I, it can be used to create programmed automation and it can do all of these at the same time.
System connection is simple: SuperPanel just connects to your NCE CAB bus with one 6 core cable and additional SuperPanels can be chained together to give even more possibilities.
SuperPanel allows the user to program complex movements of trains with not only DCC accessory control for the points, but also controls signals, lights, sounds, CVs – in fact anything that is DCC connected to your layout.
You can even assign some of the inputs to be outputs and drive LEDs directly from the SuperPanel.
Want more? Well, each SuperPanel input has a low and high command set, meaning you can link to any input and run commands in parallel! So, not only can your loco be going through its start-up sound process, but the desired route is also being set, AT THE SAME TIME! You can link to any of the inputs, even if they have no physical connection, allowing you to get even more creative with your programmes.
The Super Panel also provides internal commands which do not send any commands back to your DCC command station, meaning they are executed internally within SuperPanel. These include wait, skip, jump, activate another input, cancel/stop commands to name but a few. This allows proper programming to be done including “If” statements with multiple commands being executed in parallel at the same time.
Please note the DCCconcepts SuperPanel is not a DCC control system and must be used in conjunction with an NCE Power Cab, Pro Cab, Power Pro or Aegis system.

DCCconcepts SuperPanel (manufacturer part number DCC‑SPL) is a layout accessory and locomotive controller designed for use with ESP Aegis and NCE DCC systems. It enables the creation, storage and editing of routes, locomotive actions, sound and light sequences, allowing multiple functions to be combined in a single programme.
The unit provides 50 inputs that can be triggered by switches or devices and offers 2 000 addressable programme steps. It includes 47 physical inputs plus three phantom inputs; each input supplies 20 command steps when the switch is closed and 20 steps when open, giving a total of 40 command steps per input. Inputs may be connected to push‑buttons, toggle switches, relays, block detectors or any device delivering a 5 V logic on/off signal. Some inputs can also be configured as outputs to drive LEDs directly.
SuperPanel connects to an NCE CAB bus via a single six‑core cable, and additional SuperPanels can be chained together for expanded functionality. The device can generate accessory codes, control points, signals, lights, sounds, and decoder CVs, and it can also run automation programmes that respond to block occupancy data even when no physical input is attached.
Internal commands such as wait, skip, jump, activate another input or cancel/stop do not transmit signals to the DCC command station, enabling conditional logic and parallel execution of multiple commands. Each input has low and high command sets, allowing parallel operation of programmes (for example, a locomotive start‑up sound and route setting can occur simultaneously).
The SuperPanel is supplied with 24 connection cables and one 1 m command‑bus cable. It is not a standalone DCC control system and must be used together with an NCE Power Cab, Pro Cab, Power Pro or Aegis system.
