Dapol would like to thank you all for the generosity you have shown helping raise money for the Royal British Legion, the response has been fantastic. When the initial batch of VE Day wagons were launched, Dapol received many requests for a wagon commemorating the efforts of of the Merchant Navy in the war, which they were more than happy to do.

As we are sure you will be aware the 15th August 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of VJ Day and the end of hostilities in the far East. On the back of multiple requests to commemorate this occasion and to continue helping support an organization that does so much for our nations greatest we are proud to announce the launch of a range of commemorative VJ Day wagons. 

Each of the three military services will be represented with their own wagon in each of the three scales in which Dapol make models. A donation will be made by Dapol to the Royal British Legion for each model sold.
