PHA/JGA Hopper Wagon
Produced by Cavalex Models
Built by W H Davis Limited of Shirebrook in 1990 for Bardon Hill Quarries (later renamed Bardon Aggregates), design code JG010B and numbered BHQ17130-17151. This was the third batch of wagons built by W H Davis for Bardon Hill Quarries and totalled 22 wagons.
A slightly different design to the first two batches with some visual differences being the revised hopper operating gear with prominent door actuators; the solebar and cast Y25 bogies.
In 1997 Bardon Hill Quarries merged with Camas Aggregates which saw the company renamed Aggregate Industries. The wagons were gradually repainted in a new livery, which featured the Aggregate Industries logo in blue alongside the green Bardon name.
These wagons can still be seen in service today working aggregates flows.

Cavalex Models Bardon Aggregates (White and Blue) PHA/JGA Hopper Wagon (Single) is supplied under the manufacturer part number CM JG010B (BA) S 1 and represents the initial privatisation period for the operator.
The model replicates a wagon built by W H Davis Limited of Shirebrook in 1990 for Bardon Hill Quarries, later renamed Bardon Aggregates. It carries the design code JG010B and the fleet numbers BHQ17130‑17151. A total of 22 wagons were produced as the third batch for the quarry, featuring a revised hopper operating gear with prominent door actuators, a solebar and cast Y25 bogies, and the white and blue Bardon Aggregates livery that was in use from the late 1990s to the mid 2010s.
After Bardon Hill Quarries merged with Camas Aggregates in 1997 and became part of Aggregate Industries, the wagons were progressively repainted in the new Aggregate Industries livery, showing the blue logo alongside the green Bardon name. The wagons continue to operate in service, handling aggregates flows.
