Announced in August 2022 to coincide with Bachmann Europe’s Autumn 2022 British Railway Announcements, we are delighted to present this Bachmann Collectors Club Exclusive Edition OO scale Twin Pack of IPA Double Deck Car Transporter Wagons in STVA Grey livery. Utilising the tooling previously used for the Bachmann Branchline main range IPA wagons, the IPAs now becomes a Club Exclusive Edition and this twin pack of wagons is offered alongside a second pack which carries weathered STVA Red livery.

Bachmann IPA Twin Double Deck Car Transporter STVA Grey is a limited‑edition model released by the Bachmann Collectors Club. It is presented in OO scale, with a pristine STVA Grey livery, and represents British Rail International Passenger Association (IPA) double‑deck car transporters from the period of initial privatisation.

The twin pack contains two wagons, each 404 mm long, fitted with NEM coupling pockets and sprung buffers. The wagons are modelled using the same tooling as the Bachmann Branchline main‑range IPA wagons, and are offered as a Club Exclusive alongside a counterpart in weathered STVA Red livery.

The model was announced in August 2022 to coincide with Bachmann Europe’s Autumn 2022 British Railway Announcements and carries the manufacturer part number 38‑251K. It is classified as an International Ferry Wagon and is intended for use on railway layouts depicting the early privatisation era.
