Bachmann IPA Twin Double‑Deck Car Transporter (STVA Red, weathered) is a limited‑edition model released as a Bachmann Collectors Club exclusive. The OO‑scale wagons are finished in a weathered STVA red livery and represent British Rail IPA car transporters from the initial privatisation era.

Each wagon is 404 mm long, fitted with NEM coupling pockets and sprung buffers, and is modelled as an International Ferry wagon (classification IPA). The pair is supplied in a twin pack and carries the manufacturer part number 38‑250K. The model was announced in August 2022 to coincide with Bachmann Europe’s Autumn 2022 British Railway announcements.
