Manufacturer description
MFA Wagons were converted from MEA coal wagons, which themselves had been created by rebodying HEA coal hoppers. Some 135 former MEAs were cut down to create the MFAs by EWS between 1999 and 2000 for infrastructure use. Often seen carrying spoil or ballast, this model comes supplied complete with an authentic ballast load
