Bachmann Trackside Workers is a model railway accessory comprising two die‑cast figures of railway staff. The figures are intended for use on OO gauge (1:76) layouts and are suitable for placement beside track, at level‑crossings, signal boxes or other work sites. The set is designed to add a realistic touch to scenic layouts and is compatible with other Bachmann trackside accessories.

The figures are constructed from die‑cast metal with hand‑painted details and are packaged in a clear plastic window box. Each figure stands approximately 70 mm tall, which corresponds to the scale height of a typical adult railway worker. The set is supplied with a manufacturer part number 379‑309 and was released on 15/03/2023. It is recommended for use with standard OO gauge track and can be positioned on either side of the rail.
