Manufacturer description
Class 47/0 Diesel Loco number 47 003 in BR Blue livery with Stratford Silver Roof - Era 7.

Prototype image copyright and courtesy Michael Rhodes showing 47 003 at Tyneside Central Freight Depot with the Speedlink working to Tees Yard. The tanks are empty glue tanks returning from Hexham to Duxford (used in the chipboard factory in Hexham) and a single fuel oil is returning from Gateshead and there was a single wagon delivery of Redland bricks to the freight depot, returning south empty. This is in a later period with the headcode boxes now yellow and the unofficial Tinsley name "Wild Swan" which was applied on 29th November 1989.
