Built between 1961 and 1965 for Associated Portland Cement Manufacturers (APCM), the Cemflo/PCV wagons are probably best known for their use on trains of Blue Circle cement from Cliffe, in Kent, to Uddingston on the outskirts of Glasgow. During their working lives, they also supplied a number of other locations, including Aberdeen, Dewsbury, Dundee, Grangemouth, Sunderland, and Widnes. The last Cemflo/PCV wagons were withdrawn from service in mid-1988.

Accurascale APCM Cemflo/PCV Powder Cement Wagon – Blue Circle Cement – Pack 3 is a model kit of a British railway wagon painted in the Blue Circle Cement livery. It carries the manufacturer part number ACC3388 and represents the British Railways Early Crest period.

The wagons were built between 1 January 1961 and 31 December 1965 for Associated Portland Cement Manufacturers (APCM).

In service they were most closely associated with trains carrying Blue Circle cement from the works at Cliffe in Kent to Uddingston on the outskirts of Glasgow. They also supplied cement to a number of other depots, including Aberdeen, Dewsbury, Dundee, Grangemouth, Sunderland and Widnes.

The final members of the Cemflo/PCV fleet were withdrawn from active use in mid‑1988.
