Accurascale ICI Hopper – 1950s to 1973 – Twin Pack A is a highly detailed OO gauge model of the ICI limestone hopper, produced to a 1:76.2 scale for use on 16.5 mm track. The model is supplied as a twin pack with the manufacturer part number ACC3064 and represents British Railways stock from the late crest period (1950s to 1973). The sample shown is a decorated example and may not fully reflect the final production finish.
The wagon features a multi‑piece body with three possible body styles – small ICI lettering, large ICI lettering or no ICI lettering – and is finished in the correct livery for the era. The interior includes rivets, framing, strapping and supports, while the chassis and bogies are detailed with separate vacuum brake gear, vacuum hoses, hopper‑door controls, hand‑brake wheels and brake gear. Wheels are RP25‑110 profile OO gauge with separate brake blocks, and the model includes metal buffers and removable NEM coupler pockets with mini tension‑lock couplers.
