The models also feature a range of interior details, including accurate interiors, winged headrests, and metal interior handrails.
The models are designed to be highly versatile, with the ability to be converted to EM or P4 gauge. They also feature a range of lighting options, including magnet 'wand' controlled interior lighting and directional lighting with DC or DCC control.
The South Wales & West livery is a unique and striking colour scheme, featuring dark blue and maroon colours. The models are part of a larger range of Mk.2b and Mk.2c coaches, which feature a range of liveries and eras.
The Mk.2c coaches were initially allocated to the London Midland Region, but were later found on other regions, including the Southern Region. By the 1980s, they were a common sight across the UK network, and were used on a variety of services, including cross-country and internal Scottish services.
The Accurascale models are highly detailed and accurate, and are designed to appeal to modellers of all levels. They are a significant addition to the range of Mk.2 coaches available, and offer a unique and authentic representation of the Mk.2b and Mk.2c coaches in South Wales & West livery.
The models are designed to be compatible with a range of other Accurascale locomotives, including the Class 50, 31, and 37. They are a great option for modellers looking to add a touch of authenticity to their layouts, and are sure to be a popular choice among enthusiasts of British Rail stock.
