Accurascale 7812 – ‘Erlestoke Manor’ is a ready‑to‑run OO gauge model of a GWR 7800 ‘Manor’ locomotive, supplied as part of the BR Manor Class range. The model is presented in British Railways lined green with the late crest, features a redraughted chimney, a flush tender body, narrow horn plates and etched metal headboards reading “Cambrian Coast Express” and “Pembroke Coast Express”. The prototype period represented is British Railways early crest.

The locomotive is built to 1:76.2 scale on 16.5 mm track and is based on a 3‑D scan of 7808 Cookham Manor together with full works drawings from the Great Western Society, Didcot. It incorporates a die‑cast metal chassis, running plate and body, scale‑width wire handrails, etched metal and lost‑wax detail parts, pre‑painted name and number plates and high‑fidelity dummy screw couplings. The cab interior is fully detailed with many separate components. The tender is a Churchward 3,500 gal type with optional variations in side panels, horn plates, spring hangers and buffer housings, and includes fully sprung metal buffers, factory‑fitted pipework and kinetic NEM coupler mounts.

Electronic features include a three‑pole motor with flywheel, low starting voltage and smooth power delivery. The model can be supplied DCC ready or with factory‑installed DCC sound; sound‑equipped examples have a speaker in the smokebox and a speaker in the tender, a PowerPack capacitor bank for uninterrupted power and sound, and a flickering firebox light that synchronises with the sound. Electrical pickup is taken from all driving wheels of both locomotive and tender.

Performance specifications comprise a minimum curve radius of 438 mm on second‑radius set‑track, a metal helical gearbox for slow‑speed operation, gearing that allows a scale top speed of 90 mph (145 km/h) and RP25‑110 profile OO gauge wheels. The tender offers lift‑out sections for an empty or simulated coal load and an optional overhead warning plate bracket for later BR examples. The model is supplied with the manufacturer part number ACC2500‑7812.
