Accurascale PCA Bulk Cement – Castle Cement Pack O – OO is a British OO gauge model consisting of three individual wagons. The wagons are numbered VTG 10609, VTG 10640 and VTG 10651 and represent Castle Cement bulk‑powder wagons from the period of initial privatisation. They are supplied as a single pack and carry the manufacturer part number ACC2034CS‑O.

Each wagon features its own authentic lettering, logos and codes taken from real‑world examples. The models are fitted with NEM standard flexible coupler pockets and narrow tension‑lock couplers. Wheelsets are RP25.110 darkened profile wheels with a back‑to‑back measurement of 14.4 mm and a 26 mm over‑pinpoint, mounted on metal disc wheels and metal axles (12.6 mm). The detailing includes etched steel factory‑fitted ladders, walkways, extra‑fine plastic pipework and metal, fully sprung scale buffers. An added weight brings the axle load to the NEM standard of 25 g per axle. The wagons are designed for straightforward conversion to P4 and EM standards.

The wagons are classified as bulk‑powder type (CARKND PCA), operated by VTG Rail UK Limited and owned by Castle Cement. They are presented in a pristine finish and carry the Castle Cement livery throughout.
