Accurascale PCA Bulk Cement – Castle Cement Pack L – OO is a scale model consisting of three individual wagons, each supplied with its own running number (VTG 10602, VTG 10610 and VTG 10613). The wagons are presented in the Castle Cement livery, finished to a pristine standard, and are fitted with NEM standard flexible coupler pockets and NEM narrow tension lock couplers. They represent bulk‑powder wagons (CARKND PCA) operated by VTG Rail UK Limited and owned by Castle Cement, reflecting the period of the initial privatisation.

The set includes RP25.110 darkened profile wheelsets with a 14.4 mm back‑to‑back measurement and 26 mm over pinpoints, metal disc wheels on 12.6 mm metal axles, and fully sprung metal scale buffers. Each wagon features etched steel detailing such as ladders, walkways and pipework, together with extra‑fine plastic parts. The models are designed for straightforward conversion to P4 and EM standards and carry added weight to meet the NEM standard of 25 g per axle. The manufacturer part number for the pack is ACC2031CS‑L.
