Whitstable Model Railway Exhibition Returns to Swalecliffe & Chestfield Community Centre
The East Kent Model Railway Society (EKMRS) is pleased to announce the return of its autumn exhibition to the Swalecliffe & Chestfield Community Centre in Whitstable. This highly popular event will take place on Sunday 25 October 2025, from 10am to 4pm.
The exhibition will feature a total of 15 model railway layouts, showcasing the talents of local modellers and offering something for all ages to enjoy. Visitors will also be able to browse the work of six specialist traders, selling a wide range of model railway-related items.
The exhibition is a family-friendly event, with accompanied children under 16 admitted free, making it an ideal day out for families. The venue is easily accessible by public transport, with Chestfield & Swalecliffe Station just a short walk away and local Stagecoach East Kent buses stopping directly outside the centre. Free parking is also available on nearby roads.
In addition to the model layouts and traders, visitors can enjoy refreshments, modelling demonstrations, and a club information stand, where members will be on hand to answer any questions and provide information about the EKMRS.
