Weymouth Model Railway Association is hosting an Open Day on Sunday 16th May 2026 at the Upwey and Broadwey Memorial Hall in Weymouth. The event will run from 10am to 4pm and admission is free, although donations are gratefully appreciated.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see two model railway layouts on display, showcasing the work of the club's members. The layouts will be available to view in various scales and gauges, giving attendees a chance to see the diversity of the club's modelling interests. Trade support will also be present, offering a range of model railway supplies and accessories.
Light refreshments will be available throughout the day, and there will be free parking on site, although space is limited. The event is a great opportunity for model railway enthusiasts to meet the members of the Weymouth Model Railway Association and see what the club is working on.
