The Junction 72a Model Railway Club, in conjunction with the Exeter and District Model Engineers Society, will be hosting an Open Day at Saint Katherine's Priory in Exeter on Sunday 6th September 2026.
Visitors will be able to access the club's nearly 2-acre site, which will be open to the public for free. The Exeter and District Model Engineers Society will be operating its live steam miniature railway, with rides available for £2 per person. The Junction 72a Model Railway Club will also be operating three of its model railway layouts, including the award-winning Rolstone, which has been featured in Railway Modeller. The layouts will be located on the first floor of the 12th-century Saint Katherine's Priory.
Refreshments will be available on site, and there will be free parking available for visitors.
