The Junction 72a Model Railway Club, in conjunction with the Exeter and District Model Engineers' Society, is hosting an Open Day at Saint Katherine's Priory in Exeter on Sunday 2nd August 2026. The event will take place from 11am to 3pm.
Visitors will have the opportunity to view three model railway layouts, including the award-winning Rolstone, which was featured in Railway Modeller. The layouts are located on the first floor of the 12th-century Priory.
In addition to the model railway displays, the Exeter and District Model Engineers' Society will be operating their live steam miniature railway, offering rides at a cost of £2 per head. The club room will also be open to the public, with admission charges of £1.50 per adult and 50p per child (ages 3-14). Children under three years of age will be admitted for free.
On-site parking is available, and refreshments will be available for those attending the event.
