The Elizabethan Railway Society is pleased to announce its annual exhibition, taking place on the weekend of 11th and 12th October 2025. The event will be held at The Summit Centre in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, offering a fun-filled day out for railway enthusiasts of all ages.
Visitors will have the opportunity to browse a selection of layouts in a variety of popular scales, as well as peruse the wares of five traders selling all manner of railway-related goods. In addition, there will be demonstrations and displays to keep modellers entertained, as well as a club information stand and sales area.
A variety of food options will be available on site, providing something for everyone's taste. Accompanied children under 16 will be admitted free of charge, making it an ideal day out for families. On-site parking is also free, although it's worth noting that the venue and event will be cash only, with some traders accepting card payments.
The exhibition will be open on Saturday from 10.00 until 17.00, and on Sunday from 10.00 until 16.00. Admission costs £5.00 for adults, making it an affordable and enjoyable day out for railway enthusiasts.
