The Big St Albans Model Show returns in 2025
The St Albans and District Model Engineering Society will be hosting the Big St Albans Model Show at Townsend Church of England School in St Albans on the 27th and 28th of September.
This event promises to be a fun filled weekend for all the family, with a wide range of models and activities on display and available to try out. Visitors will have the opportunity to see models that move, including radio controlled boats, Scalextric cars, steam trains, Tamiya radio controlled trucks, electric ride-on trains, drones, hot air balloons, model steam lorries, Meccano models, model railways and much more.
In addition to the models, the show will also feature modelling demonstrations and a club information stand where visitors can learn more about the society and its activities. Refreshments will be available on site, and there is free parking for all visitors.
The Big St Albans Model Show is open to the public on the 27th and 28th of September, with admission prices set at £8.00 for adults and £2.00 for children. The show runs from 10:00am until 5:00pm on the Saturday and 10:00am until 4:30pm on the Sunday.
