The Thamesmead Model Railway Exhibition 2027 is an annual event organised by the Erith Model Railway Society. It will take place on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st January 2027, at the Harris Garrard Academy in Bexley.
The show will feature an impressive 30 layouts, extensive trade and society support, demonstrators and static exhibits, making a total of almost 90 stands. Visitors can reach the venue by walking from Abbey Wood railway station, which is served by regular Southeastern, Thameslink and Elizabeth Line services. Alternatively, bus routes 180, B11, 401 and TfL services stop directly outside the venue, while other TfL routes stop nearby.
Admission prices are as follows: adults will pay £10.00, or £9.00 if purchased in advance, while juniors between 12 and 17 years old will pay £5.00 or £4.50 if they buy in advance. Children under 12 years old are free, but must be accompanied by an adult.
