The Rainhill Model Railway Club is hosting its Model Rail 2026 exhibition at Rainhill High School in Prescot over the weekend of 7th and 8th March 2026.
The event will feature layouts in a variety of scales, as well as traders selling model railway goods and accessories. Show-you-How demonstrations will also be taking place, allowing visitors to learn new skills and techniques from experienced modellers. In addition, the club's shop will be open, selling a range of model railway-related items.
The exhibition will be open to the public on Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4.30pm. Admission prices are as follows: adults £8.00, children £1.00, and families £17.00.
The venue is easily accessible by public transport, with Rainhill Station on the Liverpool-Manchester line just one mile away. Regular bus services also operate from Rainhill Station on the 10A Liverpool-Rainhill-St Helens route.
