The Peak (Bakewell) Model Railway Exhibition is set to return to the Agricultural Business Centre in Bakewell on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th June 2026. This popular event is organised by the Chesterfield Railway Modellers and features a diverse range of model railways, traders and demonstrations.
The exhibition will showcase 15 layouts, each one showcasing a unique and fascinating model railway. Visitors will be able to see a wide variety of scales and themes, from small N gauge dioramas to large O gauge layouts. In addition to the layouts, there will be 9 traders selling a range of model railway related goods, from new releases to second-hand items.
The Agricultural Business Centre is an ideal venue for this event, with plenty of parking and a short walk from Bakewell Town Centre where there are many shops and cafes to explore. The centre is also easily accessible by public transport, with frequent buses running from surrounding towns and villages.
