The Aldridge Transport Museum is hosting the 'Models in the Museum' event on Monday 26th July 2026. The exhibition will take place from 10am to 4pm and will feature a model railway show with over twenty layouts on display.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to browse the work of four traders selling model railway related goods. The museum's own collection of buses and commercial vehicles will also be on display, giving attendees a chance to see a wide range of transport models in one place.
Admission prices are £6 for adults, £2 for children, and £15 for a family ticket, which covers two adults and up to three children aged 5-16. Children under the age of four will be admitted free of charge. A free shuttle bus service will run from Walsall Bus Station to the museum every half hour from 10:20am to 3:20pm, making it easy for visitors to travel to the event. Refreshments will be available on site, and parking is also free.
