The South Western Model Railway Club is hosting a Model Rail Showcase event at the Cobham Sports & Social Club in Merley. The event takes place on 12 July 2026, from 10am to 4pm. Admission costs £4 for adults, with accompanied children admitted free.
The showcase will feature a range of model railway layouts, including those from the club itself and from visiting members and friends. At least 11 layouts will be on display, including Exton Quay in 00 FS, St Leven in 3mm, Piddle Regis in 00, Parkstone Goods in 00 FS, Ramsgate Sands in N gauge, Exmoor Vale in 00, Rockery Lane in 00, and Pine Road in 00 FS.
