High Wycombe and District Model Railway Society is pleased to announce the return of Wycrail, a popular model railway exhibition, to the historic Brunel Railway Shed in High Wycombe on Saturday 7th November 2026.
This year's event will feature over 20 quality model railway layouts, showcasing a wide range of scales and themes. Exhibits confirmed to attend include Ambleton Vale, Brinklow, and Shadwell East, among others, with a variety of layouts featuring steam and diesel locomotives, as well as narrow gauge and tramway layouts.
The event will also feature a trade support area, with several traders and suppliers in attendance, including HWDMRS Pre-used stand, The Transport Treasury, and Baztrains, offering a range of model railway-related products and services.
In addition to the layouts and trade support, Wycrail will also feature a number of societies and demonstrators, including the Broad Gauge Society, Pendon Museum, and the 0 Gauge Guild, offering a unique opportunity for visitors to learn about and see examples of model railway exhibits from around the world.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day, including hot and cold drinks, snacks, and a selection of cakes.
Admission to the event is £8 for adults and £2 for children aged 6-16, with under 6s admitted free. The event will take place from 10am to 4.30pm at the Brunel Railway Shed, Station Approach, High Wycombe, HP13 6EE.
