The East Anglian Railway Museum's Annual Model Railway Exhibition will take place on Sunday 9th August 2026. The event will be held at the museum's base in Chappel, with 10 model railway layouts on display, in addition to the 8 permanent display layouts already present.
The exhibition will feature a range of model railways, supported by trade stands and a licenced bar. Visitors will also be able to enjoy unlimited standard gauge train rides and access to the full museum. A direct connection to Network Rail trains is available from Chappel and Wakes Colne Station.
Admission prices for the event are as follows: adults will pay £11.50, children £8.50, and concessions also £11.50.
