The Chelmsford Model Railway Exhibition is a model railway show organised by the Chelmsford and District Model Railway Club. The event will take place at St John Payne School in Chelmsford on Sunday 17th October 2026. The exhibition will be open from 10am to 4pm.
During the event, visitors will have the opportunity to view a range of model railway layouts, including those created by members of the club and invited guests from outside the club. In addition to the layouts, the exhibition will also feature a selection of traders selling model railway related goods.
Admission to the exhibition will be £7.00 for adults, £2.00 for juniors aged 12-17, and free for accompanied children under the age of 12. Refreshments will be available on site and free parking will also be provided.
