The Central Southern Gauge O Group Annual O Gauge Model Railway Exhibition will take place on Sunday 26th October 2025 at the Allendale Community Centre in Wimborne Minster.
This annual event promises to be a great day out for model railway enthusiasts, with ten fine scale O gauge and 7mm scale narrow gauge layouts on display. In addition to these layouts, there will also be other 7mm scale displays and exhibits, showcasing the diversity of modelling in this scale.
Twelve specialist traders will be in attendance, offering a wide range of model railway related goods and services. Visitors will also be able to see fine and coarse scale test tracks, with both DC and DCC operation. A 'Bring and Buy' stall will be available for model railway enthusiasts to buy and sell second-hand items.
Food and drink will be available from the on-site restaurant, which will be serving coffee, teas, lunches and a selection of alcoholic beverages. For those who wish to make a day of it, there is a car park on site, although charges will apply.
The event is open to all, and accompanied children will be admitted free of charge. Modelling demonstrations will be taking place throughout the day, and a club information stand will be available for those looking to get involved with local model railway clubs.
