Burton Model Railex 2025
The Burton Railway Society is proud to present the Burton Model Railex 2025, a model railway exhibition showcasing the best of the hobby. This one-day event will take place on Sunday 7th September 2025 at the Rolleston Scout Headquarters in Rolleston on Dove.
The event promises to be a must-visit for model railway enthusiasts, with 14 layouts on display. From scenic rural vistas to bustling city scenes, there will be something to inspire and delight all levels of modeller. In addition to the layouts, seven traders will be on hand to showcase their latest products and wares.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to watch demonstrations of various modelling techniques, providing tips and tricks to help improve their own modelling skills. A club information stand will also be present, offering advice and information to those new to the hobby.
Refreshments will be available throughout the day, so you can take a break and refuel. And with free parking on site, getting to the event is as easy as turning up and enjoying the day.
