The 42nd Model Railway Exhibition will be held at The Elms Hotel in Retford, from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 15th November 2025. The event is organised by the Bassetlaw Railway Society.
The exhibition will feature a range of model railway layouts, with a minimum of ten in various scales on display. DEMU will also be demonstrating modern image modelling, allowing visitors to see the latest techniques and ideas in this field. In addition, the Friends of Retford Station and the Community Rail Partnership will be in attendance, providing information and insight into local railway related projects.
The venue is wheelchair accessible and has a large free car park, making it easily accessible for all visitors. Refreshments will be available throughout the day in the hotel. Admission to the exhibition costs £5.00 for adults, with children under 16 admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.
