Kings Lynn Model Railway Club is hosting its biennial Club Open Day at Grimston Village Hall in Norfolk on 22 November 2025. The event will take place between 10am and 4pm and admission is free.
Thirteen model railway layouts will be on display, with some of the club's permanent layouts situated on the first floor and the remainder on the ground floor. Several of the club's layouts are works in progress, giving visitors an opportunity to see how model railway scenes are developed and constructed.
In addition to the layouts, the club will be selling its own locomotives and rolling stock, track and other railway-related items. A range of railway magazines will also be available for purchase. Refreshments will be available, including bacon butties and a selection of cakes.
Visitors can park for free in the Village Hall car park or on the roadside outside the hall. A club information stand will also be in operation, providing details about the club and its activities.
