Colonel Stephens was noted as a man who championed the minor railways of Great Britain, and during the 1920s and 30s he took control of that most-famous of all Welsh narrow gauge railways, the Ffestioniog Railway. During this period the livery chosen for rolling stock was green and red and it is this livery that is the subject of the latest releases from PECO.
