Oxford Diecast JCB Major Loader Mk 1 Excavator is a die‑cast model supplied under the manufacturer part number 76ML1001. The model represents a version of the JCB loader painted in a bright blue and red livery with a black cab interior, differing from the standard yellow and black colour scheme used on most JCB equipment.

The miniature includes the main functional components of the real machine: a bucket, lifting arms and piston tubes. The rear lifting arm bears the black and white JCB logo with red lettering, while the front lifting arm is marked with the “Major Loader” designation in black along its length.

The model is intended as a colourful addition to a construction‑yard display. It is described as representing the “British Rail Blue (Pre‑TOPS)” period in its colour scheme.
