The lettering along the sides appears in both Chinese and English denoting it as a Fire Service Ambulance. A special touch sees the rear body moulded in black tinted plastic to achieve a realistic window effect, rounding off an incredibly detailed 1:76 scale model. Oxford Diecast Mercedes Ambulance – Hong Kong, 1:76 scale
The model carries the manufacturer part number 76MA005 and represents the rebuilding of the railways period. It depicts a Mercedes ambulance as used in Hong Kong, with a white chassis over‑laid in red and yellow livery and blue and red graphics applied to most surfaces, including the roof. The side lettering is printed in both Chinese and English, identifying the vehicle as a Fire Service Ambulance.
A notable feature is the rear body, which is moulded from black‑tinted plastic to simulate windows, adding to the level of detail. The model is offered in a highly coloured finish that aims to replicate the appearance of the original emergency vehicle.
