Manufacturer description

Maritime Transport Ltd is one of the UK's largest privately owned container transport companies and is based on the Tyne Dock in South Shields, in the heartland of the former world famous shipyards. The Konecranes Reach Stacker, designed by a Finnish company, is therefore totally at home in this maritime environment where its lifting capacity can be used to the full.

Here we see it decorated in the bright blue and white colour scheme of Maritime Transport with black reach stacker mechanism. The model is completed with fully working driver's cab which slides backwards and forwards with extending arm to grab and secure the containers. Team it up with some Oxford 1:76 scale containers to complete the look!

Oxford Diecast Konecranes Reach Stacker – Maritime Transport (Part number 76KRS006) is a 1:76 scale die‑cast model representing the rebuilding of the railways era.

Maritime Transport Ltd, one of the United Kingdom’s largest privately owned container transport companies, is based at Tyne Dock in South Shields, an area historically linked to the famous shipyards. The reach stacker is a Finnish‑designed Konecranes machine that is commonly used in maritime container handling.

The model is finished in Maritime Transport’s bright blue and white livery with a black reach‑stacker mechanism. It includes a fully working driver’s cab that slides forward and backward and an extending arm that can be positioned to grab and secure miniature containers.

The reach stacker can be displayed alongside Oxford 1:76 scale containers to create a complete maritime transport scene.
