The Dapol 57ft Stanier Non-Corridor Composite coach is a model of a British Railways coach from the 1930s. The prototype was designed by William Stanier and was used by the London Midland and Scottish Railway and later by British Railways. The model represents the coach in its early crest livery, a period-specific livery used by British Railways.

The coach was produced with three different liveries throughout its service life: LMS lined maroon, BR Carmine and BR lined maroon. The model is based on a design that was used on 25 composite coaches and 32 brake end coaches.

Dapol's tooling for the model was originally purchased from Airfix in the 1980s, and some compromises have been made on detail and accuracy due to the age of the tooling. However, the company has made several improvements to the model, including the addition of separately fitted underframe details, a dynamo and vacuum cylinders, as well as the addition of brake shafts, upgraded bogie pivot fixing and new metal wheels. The model also features new adaptor clips for NEM pockets and re-polished glazing.
