In this guise they transported scrap metal to the steel works at Ravenscraig, just north of Glasgow, and so are an ideal accompaniment to our forthcoming British Steel PTA wagons.

Accurascale BR 21T MDV / PMV Triple Wagon Pack in MC Metals Livery is a limited‑edition model released exclusively through Rails of Sheffield. It carries the manufacturer part number ACC‑1095‑PMV1 and represents the initial privatisation era.

The pack contains three individual wagons, catalogue numbers CHR 4630, CHR 4634 and CHR 4637. In this livery the wagons were used to transport scrap metal to the Ravenscraig steel works north of Glasgow, making them a suitable companion for the forthcoming British Steel PTA wagons.

All three wagons feature NEM‑standard coupler pockets with narrow tension‑lock couplers, RP25.88 darkened profile sets (14.85 mm back‑to‑backs, 26 mm over‑pinpoint), metal three‑hole disc wheels on 12.6 mm metal axles, and extra‑fine factory‑fitted plastic detail parts including sprung buffers. They are numbered individually, bear authentic lettering and codes, and are designed for easy conversion to P4 and EM gauges.
